4. Maintenance vs. Recovery
Weekly service is designed to maintain a clear, balanced pool. It is not intended to recover a pool that is already green, cloudy, or chemically unstable.
If the pool is already in bad shape, we’ll usually recommend a Green-to-Clean service first so the water can be reset properly.
Doing it in the right order prevents wasted chemicals, inconsistent results, and frustration on both sides.

What happens if it rains on my service day?
We still show up. We test and balance the chemistry, which is especially important after heavy rain, and perform as much cleaning as safety allows. If there is lightning, we prioritize safety and handle the rest when conditions allow.
Do I need a contract for weekly pool service?
No. Weekly service is month-to-month. You can pause or cancel with reasonable notice.
Do Florida pools still need service in the winter?
Yes. Even in winter, Florida sun, rain, and humidity can still push chemistry out of line and create algae problems.
What is the difference between Simple and Signature service?
