Pool Service Technician

Earn up to $25 hr

We’re hiring dependable people who take pride in doing the job right. Start with paid training, learn the route, and earn more as you grow into the position.

HOW YOU EARN

$15 paid training. Then $16 hr +$3–$6 per completed pool.

New technicians begin with approximately 2 weeks of paid hands-on training at $15 per hour. Once you are approved to service pools independently, your guaranteed base rate increases to $16 per hour for all required working time, plus performance pay for properly completed and documented pools.

Performance pay can grow from $3 to $6 per completed pool as you demonstrate consistent quality, reliability, communication, and the ability to run an assigned route independently. Strong technicians running a full route can earn up to approximately $25 per hour.

Twelve pools is the normal daily route, but the actual count may vary depending on the route, pool conditions, scheduling, and the needs of the day. Some days may have fewer pools, while others may have more.

QUALITY BEFORE SPEED

This is not a 20-pool-a-day race

Our routes are built around approximately 12 pools per day so technicians have time to do the work properly. Speed comes from learning the route, following a consistent process, and keeping the truck and equipment organized—not from cutting corners.

Some pools need more attention than others. When that happens, take care of the customer, document the condition, and communicate with us. Doing the right thing will never be held against you.

QUALITY ACCOUNTABILITY

Pay for Performance rewards quality work

Pay for Performance is earned when assigned pools are properly serviced and documented to Pool Pro Florida’s standards. Quality, reliability, communication, and completing the assigned route all matter.

We know things happen. Weather, equipment problems, unusual pool conditions, and schedule changes are part of the job. When something gets in the way, communicate it so we can handle it the right way.

The full Pay for Performance policy and advancement standards are reviewed during onboarding.

BEFORE YOU APPLY

This opportunity may be right for you

Pool-service experience is helpful, but reliability, good judgment, and willingness to learn matter just as much. During paid training, you will learn our service process, water-testing standards, chemical-handling procedures, reporting system, and what we expect at every property.
