1. Acceptance of Terms
By using this website or scheduling service with Pool Pro Florida, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or our services.
2. Company Information
Pool Pro Florida is a Port St. Lucie-based pool service company providing residential pool service, green pool rescue, equipment checks, and related pool maintenance support. Service availability may vary by route density, location, and job scope.
3. Website Use
You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. You may not attempt to interfere with the website, submit false or misleading inquiries, scrape content, misuse forms, or disrupt scheduling or communication features.
4. Estimates, Scheduling & Approval
Quotes and estimates are based on the information available at the time they are provided. Final pricing may change if the actual pool condition, access, debris load, equipment condition, chemical demand, or requested scope differs from what was originally described.
Appointment times and service days are subject to weather, route timing, property access, safety conditions, and operational needs. We may reschedule if necessary due to storms, lightning, locked gates, aggressive animals, unsafe conditions, or issues outside our control.
5. Scope of Service
Depending on the plan or service booked, Pool Pro Florida services may include water testing and balancing, skimming, brushing, basket emptying, vacuuming, filter cleaning or backwashing, salt cell cleaning, visual equipment checks, and digital service reporting.
Weekly pool service is intended to maintain a serviceable, reasonably balanced pool. It is not the same as restoration work. Pools that are green, chemically unstable, heavily neglected, or suffering from major equipment issues may require additional visits, cleanup, specialty chemicals, and repair coordination before standard maintenance can be effective.
6. Regulated Repairs & Licensed Trade Work
We stay in our lane. Maintenance-level service, inspection, and basic pool care are within scope. Work that falls under regulated trade or contractor-level repair may be outside our service scope.
This may include electrical work, bonding, gas work, underground plumbing, excavation, structural changes, and certain repair or replacement work requiring a licensed specialist. When needed, we may document the issue and recommend or coordinate with the appropriate trade professional.
7. Customer Responsibilities
- Provide safe and reasonable access to the pool and equipment area on the scheduled service day.
- Maintain proper water level unless otherwise agreed.
- Keep water and electrical service active for normal operation of pool equipment.
- Promptly report leaks, algae, unusual water loss, equipment issues, or other pool concerns.
- Secure pets and disclose hazards before service.
- Approve recommended repairs when necessary to support proper circulation, filtration, and sanitation.
8. Water Chemistry & Pool Condition Disclaimer
Pool water is dynamic. Weather, rain, debris, bather load, phosphates, metals, leaks, failing equipment, and other conditions can affect water balance between visits. We make professional adjustments during service, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted ideal water conditions when outside factors interfere with filtration, circulation, or sanitation.
Specialty chemicals, algae treatment, phosphate treatment, stain treatment, metal treatment, salt, stabilizer, and unusually heavy chemical demand may be billed separately unless clearly included in writing.
9. Weekly Service Terms
Weekly service pricing may vary based on pool size, enclosure, debris load, equipment setup, pool condition, and selected plan. Service is typically provided on a recurring route day, though exact arrival times may vary.
Unless otherwise stated in writing, weekly service is month-to-month. We do not require a long-term contract, but reasonable notice is expected for pauses, cancellations, or service changes so billing and route planning can be adjusted properly.
10. Payments, Late Balances & Suspension
Payment is due according to the terms shown on your estimate, invoice, service agreement, or billing setup. Late balances may result in additional fees, paused service, or cancellation. If regular service is interrupted and pool conditions decline, additional restart or cleanup charges may apply before normal maintenance resumes.
11. Cancellations & Missed Visits
Please provide reasonable notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a service appointment. If we arrive and cannot perform service because of access restrictions, unsafe conditions, unsecured animals, shutoff utilities, or other preventable issues, a missed-visit or service charge may apply.
12. Photos, Reports & Communications
We may provide digital service reports, chemistry logs, timestamped notes, and before/after photos as part of our service workflow. These are meant to document service activity and pool condition at the time of visit.
By contacting us or submitting a form, you consent to communication by phone, text, and email regarding your inquiry, scheduling, estimates, service updates, billing, and customer support.
13. Satisfaction Commitment
We stand behind our work and aim to make issues right when they are brought to our attention promptly. If you have a concern about a service visit, please let us know as soon as possible so we have a fair opportunity to review the situation and respond.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pool Pro Florida is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from website use, weather delays, pre-existing pool conditions, hidden equipment defects, manufacturer failures, or conditions outside our reasonable control.
Any liability related to a specific service visit will be limited to the amount paid for that visit, except where prohibited by law.
15. Intellectual Property
All branding, logos, original copy, graphics, photos, service descriptions, and website content on PoolProFlorida.com are the property of Pool Pro Florida or used with permission. They may not be copied, republished, or reused without written consent.
