Pool School is an on-site homeowner orientation for a completed, operating swimming pool. We explain the normal day-to-day functions the homeowner needs to understand without turning the handoff into an equipment manual.
Builders can include Pool School as part of New Pool Delivery or schedule it as a standalone service. Homeowners can also request Pool School when they have moved into a home with an unfamiliar pool system.

Pool School gives the homeowner a dedicated time to learn the pool after the project is ready for normal operation. That creates a clear transition point and gives the builder a local pool-service partner for routine ownership questions.

Pool School is educational and operational in scope. It does not certify electrical, gas, plumbing, structural, surface, code, installation, or warranty compliance, and it does not replace manufacturer documentation.
If an installed feature is not commissioned, safe to operate, or available for demonstration, we document that limitation and refer the matter back to the builder, installer, manufacturer, or responsible service provider.

Pool School is not only for brand-new construction
A homeowner who just purchased a house with an existing pool can also schedule Pool School. We can walk through the visible equipment, normal operation, routine care, and obvious service concerns so the owner has a practical starting point.

What homeowners and builders usually ask
How long does Pool School take?
The appointment length depends on the pool, spa, equipment, controls, water features, and homeowner questions. The scope and expected appointment time are confirmed when scheduling.
Does the builder have to be present?
Not necessarily. When the builder authorizes the appointment and provides the required project information, Pool School can be coordinated directly with the homeowner.
Can Pool School be part of New Pool Delivery?
Yes. Pool School is a natural final step in a broader New Pool Delivery scope.
Can you teach me a pool in a house I just bought?
Yes. Pool School can also be used for an existing residential pool when a new owner needs help understanding the installed system.
Will you repair equipment during Pool School?
Repairs are not automatically included. We can identify visible concerns and discuss the appropriate next step or a separate service appointment.
Can I hire Pool Pro for weekly service afterward?
Yes, when the property is within our active service area and route capacity is available. Ongoing service is a separate agreement.
