Before we talk, here’s the quick version of what you can expect from Pool Pro Florida and what we’ll expect from you. Nothing complicated—just clear expectations and a chance to see whether we’re a good fit for each other.
What You Can Expect
Training, support, and room to grow
A Consistent Schedule
The regular schedule is Monday through Friday, typically around 7:30 AM–3:30 PM and approximately 30–40 hours per week.
Independent Outdoor Work
You’ll stay active, work outside in Florida weather, and—once trained—manage a residential pool route with support when you need it.
Pay and Opportunity
After training, starting pay is $16 per hour plus $3 for each properly completed pool, with room to earn more. The skills you build here can open doors throughout the pool industry.

You don’t need to arrive knowing everything. We do need you to be ready to learn, work safely, and care about doing a good job.
- Be dependable, show up ready to work, and communicate early when something changes.
- Follow the Pool Pro Florida process and never skip required service or safety steps.
- Treat customers, their homes, gates, pets, and equipment with respect.
- Complete accurate service reports and speak up when something needs attention.
- Be open to coaching and keep improving as your skills grow.
- Have a valid Florida driver’s license, reliable transportation to work, and the ability to pass a background check.
