Pool Start-Ups
Structured startup care for newly filled or resurfaced pools, including scheduled brushing, water testing, controlled chemical adjustments, filtration observation, and visit documentation.
Support After the Build
Reliable startup and post-construction cleaning support for pool builders, remodelers, and finish applicators. You finish the project. We help get the pool cleaned, balanced, documented, and ready for the homeowner.
A Dependable Final Step
Pool Pro Florida provides field support after pool construction, remodeling, resurfacing, and other work around the pool. Our builder services focus on two important stages: removing the remaining pool-service debris after construction and managing the controlled startup period for a new or resurfaced finish.
The goal is simple: give builders a reliable local service partner who communicates clearly, documents the work, and helps deliver a pool that is ready for its next stage of care.
Two Specialized Services
Structured startup care for newly filled or resurfaced pools, including scheduled brushing, water testing, controlled chemical adjustments, filtration observation, and visit documentation.
Focused cleanup of manageable dust, sand, and pool-service debris after construction or remodeling, with attention to the pool surfaces, water condition, baskets, filtration, and circulation.
New and Resurfaced Pools
A new finish can change the water quickly during the first month. We review the written startup procedure supplied by the builder, finish applicator, or manufacturer and build the service schedule around those requirements.
Before the Final Handoff
Construction dust and fine debris do not always leave with the crew. Material can settle across the pool floor, steps, benches, baskets, and filter. We evaluate the condition, define the cleanup scope, and address the remaining pool-service work before turnover.
Built for Working Relationships
We confirm the scope, site contact, access details, project requirements, and schedule before service begins.
Water readings, completed work, visible concerns, and recommended next steps can be documented throughout the service.
We take the time required to complete the agreed pool-service work and communicate quickly when the project needs builder attention.
Simple Project Coordination
Early coordination gives us time to review the project, confirm the service scope, and reserve the required visits. For startups, contact us before the pool begins filling. For construction cleanings, contact us before the final turnover date.
Clear Responsibilities
The construction crew remains responsible for removing bulk material, tools, sharp objects, hardened cement, paint, solvents, and hazardous debris. Equipment installation, construction correction, leak repair, surface repair, acid washing, and warranty work are not automatically included in builder services.
New-finish startup work must follow the written procedure required for the actual project. Pool Pro Florida provides maintenance-level startup care and documentation; we do not replace the builder, finish applicator, manufacturer, or their warranty responsibilities.
If we find a finish, plumbing, equipment, or construction concern, we document it and notify the project contact so the responsible trade can address it.
Builder Service Questions
Yes. We provide pool startup and post-construction cleaning support for pool builders, remodelers, finish applicators, contractors, and property managers in the Port St. Lucie area.
Yes, when project locations, expected fill or turnover dates, service requirements, and site access are coordinated in advance. Availability depends on route capacity and the visit frequency each project requires.
The service can include documented water readings, completed work, visible concerns, and recommended next steps. Tell us what reporting your company needs when requesting the quote.
Contact us before the pool begins filling. We need time to review the written startup procedure, finish details, equipment readiness, site access, and expected fill date before committing to the schedule.
No. The construction crew should remove bulk material, tools, sharp objects, hardened cement, paint, solvents, and hazardous debris before pool-service cleaning begins.
Some projects need both, but they remain separate scopes. Construction cleaning addresses debris left by the work. Startup care follows the controlled procedure for a newly filled or resurfaced finish.
Pricing depends on the pool size and condition, finish requirements, visit frequency, brushing and debris load, chemicals, filtration needs, access, documentation, and project schedule. Repeat project pricing can be discussed once the expected scope and volume are clear.
